SCOPE OF WORKS
- Provide consultancy to HPC on urban & rural development strategies for Hanoi, for the reservation of historical & cultural monuments, ancient and old quarters
- Propose policies, regimes to HPC and to Central Government for the goal of Hanoi City development
- Implement/Participate in scientific research topics for the management in the field of architecture and planning of Hanoi
- Support national management in the field of urban architecture/planning in Hanoi region
- Organize/Collaborate training courses inthe field of urban and rural  architecture/ planning
- Carry out other services/activities in the field of urban architecture/planning
